My tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive my item?Updated a year ago
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, follow these steps:
- Wait 36 hours—occasionally, packages may show as delivered before they have actually arrived.
- Check for a notice of attempted delivery and review the tracking history for any updates or proof of delivery.
- Inspect around your residence—search common places like back porches, bushes, garages, or anywhere else a package might be placed to protect it from theft or weather.
- Ask others at your location—sometimes family members, roommates, or neighbors may have accepted the delivery without your knowledge. If you live in an apartment complex, check with your rental office in case the package was left there.
- Contact the carrier—if all else fails, reach out to the delivery carrier to file a missing package claim, then inform us with the claim number so we can assist further. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the provided address.
